Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze RFPs and identify key requirements and evaluation criteria.
Develop comprehensive and well-structured RFP responses that highlight our company’s capabilities and strengths.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering, product management) to gather necessary information and ensure that responses are accurate and informative.
Tailor responses to specific client needs and industry trends.
Proofread and edit RFP responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
Track RFP submissions and follow up with clients as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in writing RFP responses, preferably in the mass transit or transportation industry.
Strong understanding of the mass transit industry and its challenges.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
