Boca Raton, Fl. August 5, 2026. ETA, Inc., announced that Metro McAllen has selected TransitOSTM, ETA’s connected transit technology platform, for a comprehensive five-year modernization spanning 30 vehicles.

The deployment provides McAllen Transit with real-time vehicle visibility, automated onboard passenger communication, ridership analytics, and real-time data feeds for rider-facing apps. The integration enables dispatch, supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to work from a unified operational view while keeping riders informed with clearer arrivals and service alerts.

“We’re excited to partner with Metro McAllen and help them deliver better operations and better service to their community,” said Christian Londono, Senior Customer Success Manager at ETA Transit. “This is the beginning of a strong relationship, and we anticipate expanding our presence across Texas with them.”

Implementation begins immediately with a planned rollout across the McAllen Transit fleet.
