Position Summary

ETA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of transit technology projects from inception to completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate client communication and address their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
