ETA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of transit technology projects from inception to completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate client communication and address their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
