Senior Account Executive

Location: Remote

Position Summary

ETA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive with a proven track record of selling CAD/AVL technology to the mass transit industry.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and generate revenue.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure customer success and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer success) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales in a high-tech environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the mass transit industry sales cycle and consultative selling techniques.
  • Is tech savvy and comfortable performing product demonstrations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other and Outreach.io.
