Vehicles available for annual maximum service

The number of revenue vehicles available to meet the annual maximum service requirement includes operational vehicles, spares, out-of-service vehicles, and those in or awaiting maintenance. It excludes vehicles awaiting sale and emergency contingency vehicles.
