Transit Agency and Rider Survey Reports

Since 2016, ETA has conducted annual surveys of transit agencies and their passengers to gain insights on key attitudes and challenges of current topics facing the industry. We make the results available to anyone who want them in the form of colorful infographics that distill the key findings, or a more in-depth analysis document with greater detail.
